2. Booking Process

• To book an ice cream van, you must complete our online booking form or contact us directly.

• Booking requests are subject to availability.

• A booking confirmation will be provided upon successful reservation.

3. Payment

• Payment for ice cream van hire is required in full at the time of booking.

• We accept payment via cash or bank transfer.

• All prices are in Sterling Pounds and inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made three (3) days or more before the scheduled hire date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within three (3) days of the scheduled hire date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

5. Use of Ice Cream Van

• The ice cream van must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• The hirer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses for the use of the ice cream van at the desired location.

6. Damage and Liability

• The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the ice cream van during the hire period.

• We reserve the right to charge the hirer for any damage incurred.

• We are not liable for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the ice cream van.

7. Health and Safety

• The hirer must ensure the safety of all individuals near the ice cream van during the hire period.

• Children must be supervised at all times when near the ice cream van.

8. Weather Conditions

• We cannot be held responsible for adverse weather conditions affecting the hire period.

• In the event of inclement weather, the hirer may reschedule the booking subject to availability.

9. Modifications and Cancellations by Us

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative solution or offer a full refund.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including images and logos, are the property of Ayaan Ices Mobile Desserts.

• Content may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
